Dr Ian Biggs
Senior Project Manager
Based in Townsville, Dr Ian Biggs is senior project manager with the CRC for Developing Northern Australia.
Ian works across Northern Australia and across CRCNA’s engagement pillars to develop research collaborations and RD&E projects aligned with the CRCNA’s strategic investment goals.
With a PhD in crop physiology, he brings a wealth of experience in agricultural science, industry development, and project management, honed through roles in government research, academia, and consultancy.
Ian partners with stakeholders across CRCNA’s focus areas to advance projects that strengthen Northern Australia’s economy and communities. His expertise in research and development is integral to fostering innovative solutions and supporting sustainable growth throughout the north.
