Robyn Dupuis
General Manager, Operations and Transition
Robyn brings extensive experience in governance, operational leadership and program delivery across health, research and regional development sectors. Before joining the CRCNA, she held senior roles with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and James Cook University, leading complex, multi‑site teams and major Commonwealth‑funded initiatives focused on workforce development, training operations and organisational transformation.
Originally from northern Canada, Robyn has called Far North Queensland home for more than a decade. She is passionate about strengthening regional capability and fostering the enterprise, creativity and innovation that drive northern Australia’s future. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, 4WD‑ing and spending time with her foster dogs.
Robyn is excited to contribute to the CRCNA’s final delivery phase and future direction, supporting impactful projects that reflect the potential of her adopted home.
