Celebrating 25 years of progress in telehealth and virtual care.
The University of Queensland’s Centre for Online Health has announced that the Successes and Failures in Telehealth Conference (SFT-26) will be held in Brisbane, 5-6 November 2026.
SFT has built a strong reputation as a practical and honest forum, bringing together researchers, clinicians, service providers and government to share real-world insights across telehealth and virtual care. As health systems continue to evolve, maintaining momentum in virtual care is critical to improving access, efficiency and outcomes for patients and communities.
SFT-26 will focus on innovation, collaboration and critical reflection, with abstract submissions opening later in 2025. Contributions are encouraged across clinical case studies, service models, evaluations, implementation strategies and activity reports, with a strong emphasis on lessons learned from both successes and failures.
There will also be opportunities to get involved through organising committees, sponsorship and scholarships.
Save the date and be part of the conversation shaping the future of virtual care.
